The Teaching Affairs Office of GIT manages undergraduate teaching and education-related affairs and is responsible for the operation and management of teaching, teaching reform and professional development, curriculum development, practice teaching, the approval of the undergraduate training plan, management of students’ enrollment and diploma and monitoring teaching quality. This office, under the leadership of the CCP committee of GIT and its administration, implements the national policy requirements and relevant laws and regulations. This office also ensures the normal operation of teaching and the continuous improvement of teaching quality, and aims to promote the continuous development of undergraduate education, based on the GIT's orientation and objectives. This office currently has four divisions: section of teaching affairs, section of teaching management and assessment, section of enrollment and textbook management, and section of practice teaching. There are currently 14 staffs in this office: 1 Director, 2 Deputy Directors, 1 Deputy Division Chief and 10 office clerks.
